Downtown Orlando Food and Wine Festival 2014
Attended the #DTFoodWineFest with my sister. I can honestly say it was so fun I hate that it only happens once a year. We paid $1 for each drink/food ticket, so 1 sheet of 10 tickets cost us $20 ($2 each).

Unfortunately every small plate averaged about 3 tickets each, including the wine and drinks. We didn’t get to sample much because of our budget, but 3 plates, 2 cocktails and 1 wine later (each) we were too full anyway 🙂 The food did not disappoint! The atmosphere was super friendly and organized. All of Robinson St was blocked off.

Fortunately it didn’t rain by the time Matt Nathanson came on. He played his hits such as “Kinks Shirt” and “Come On Get Higher” including some covers from Whitney Houston and more. A Winter Park local played the drums. I didn’t realize how humorous and witty he is, very entertaining. His vocals were on point as well.

I definitely recommend saving room in your budget for next year to sample the savory food that Down Town Orlando restaurants have to offer.
